Since parents can be held responsible for the actions of their children, it is important that they are aware of the rules and its consequences if their children break the rule. However, parents also have the rights to advocate for their children, therefore the school system must have proof that every student and parents has had a chance to read our code of conduct for all students. A code of conduct form will be given to all parents to sign in agreement with all rules and regulations of the school.

The code of student conduct of policy ENCS provides specific information regarding the rules that all students are expected to adhere to, as well as consequences for violation of the policy set forth in it. The code of student’s policy addresses expectations for all students in terms of consistent and timely attendance, respect for people and property, appropriate dressing, technology usage, students’ activities, students records and the right to appeal, including grievance procedures.
